SKULPT Fashion - Meet the Founder

Skulpt is known for bringing a range of independent exclusive brands that marry luxury athletic and streetwear without compromising style. Performance and luxe pieces that provide both functional elegance & versatile poise beyond the gym. Tara Cooke, the brains behind Skulpt, spoke to The Sunday Business Post about how Sculpt came to Ireland.Tara spoke of how she set up the athleisure venture in Dublin in 2014 after she returned to Ireland from where she spent time in the USA. After noticing how far sportswear has come in the States, Tara noticed a gap in the Irish market for sportswear with a fashionable take. Skulpt was initially set up online, initially importing US brands to Ireland. Coming up against the challenge of US labels not wanting to export to Ireland, Tara then offered to collect the stock and take care of shipments herself.Skulpt Fashion IrelandSkulpt now stocks up to 30 brands both online and in the store in Powerscourt Centre, with the majority of brands from America, such as Vimmia who specialise in high-res maternity and compression leggings for women. Skulpt is the exclusive stockist in Europe of certain brands, such as Frank& Eileen.Shop Skulpt fashion on the Ground Floor in Powerscourt Centre.
